Sometimes I really like working all day on Saturday. Justin gets bored and then does stuff like this. Our baby's room is coming together and it looks so fun! We still have a lot of paint left over, so Justin may do some more fun stuff. I let Justin do whatever he wants with the room. It's my way of keeping him involved and excited since he doesn't have the constant reminder of a big belly or feeling her move all the time. He has fun with it. I am excited to see what else Justin thinks up.

Happy 2 years to us!
Today marks our two year anniversary of marriage! We are still so happy and in love. We've been talking about what we remember in waiting for our wedding day and how it all went.
We've also talked about how much we've learned about each other and how we have grown to love each other more each day.
One thing that I have been trying to do more lately is to fill up Justin's love tank. Whether that be by building him up with kind words, or making him feel special, or just kissing him for no reason other then I love him. I have noticed that it has helped us so much. Also I get that same kind of treatment in return so we don't have much to complain about. =)
Justin's been really cute lately and going about doing things for me and then when I ask him to do them he just says, " wiggle your nose" aka bewitched. So I do then ask him to do it again and find that he already did it.
We have had a lot of changes happen for us this year in a short time and I have relied on Justin so much for support, help and reassurance that everything will work out.
I know that we'll make it and make it last for forever. That thought keeps me trying and finding new ways to love my husband and show him that love. I am grateful for the sealing powers of the temple and that I can be with my love, my sweetheart, my husband for forever.

Valentine's Recap
Justin and I had a fun Valentine's at home. Justin surprised me with an early Valentine's present one night when I had to go to work early. It's pretty awesome.
It was chicken with pasta and vegetables in a yummy Alfredo sauce with a sauce to dip the chicken in. I made the dessert with ultimate brownies that were really good. Then we exchanged love notes. I was pretty proud of mine to Justin. I have been thinking about it for a while. I wrote down all the things I love about Justin ranging from his black hair to the fact that he pays the bills to how he always tells me he loves me. The best part was watching him read it and see him laugh, smile and just be happy.
I got a sweet love note from him as well and a few little things. He got me a sweet watch for work one that can do digital military time and light up. It's awesome and I love it. He also got me the Adele cd's. I have been saying that I want to get them for a while but haven't because I know that Justin doesn't really like her so I was super surprised. I gave him lots of candy which he loves and a fog free shaving mirror for the shower.
We had a good day and were happy to spend it together. It was a great Valentine's day. I hope yours was great too.
On the actual day we ended up just staying home. Justin wanted to make me dinner to which I gladly let him. He's so cute. I did have to go in every once in a while to see how he was doing. But it turned out great.

Birthday Boy
On Friday, Jan 20th it was Justin's Birthday. He got very spoiled by me and all our families. He wanted to do a birthday week so I got some things and gave him a little present everyday till his birthday. We just had a fun family party on his actual birthday and made him feel special.
He is so special to me and I love when I have an excuse to spoil him. He does so much for me and I love that I get to be with him everyday. ( I love this picture of him=) )
He goes along with my crazy plans.
My nieces love to play with him. This one calls him "Justa". " She hasn't yet figured out my name yet. =)
And I fit perfectly in his arms. I couldn't ask for more. He's the best and I look forward to many more birthdays together.

No-Shave November
It's that time again. Time for all the college aged men to see how much facial hair they can grow in a month. Have you ever heard of No-Shave November? I only heard about it in college but Justin has decided to do that this time around. I think last year he forgot until it was already halfway done. But he has been dutifully NOT shaving all month long and at halfway this is what he's got.
His hair pattern is really funny. Where you see it is where it goes. That is no shaping or tweaking. I especially love the part on his chin, nothing is growing right there. =) It is mostly on his neck which we lovingly call " his neard."
I do however make him shave his mustache. It just get way to pokey to kiss and it doesn't connect to the rest so it just looks funny. By now the rest of his facial hair is long enough that it's soft so I don't mind it. I think it makes him look manly. =)
I jokingly said that I would join and not shave my legs for the month of November. That however you don't get a picture of, cause that's just gross. hehe =)
He's so cute.

Circus TIme!
We went to the Circus a while ago and had a lot of fun. We were the only ones around us without any kids but we had fun. It had everything a circus claims it has. Clowns.
Tight rope walkers. They were actually really cool
In this one they are on bikes with a stick in between the bikes. Then the girl is sitting on a chair on the stick. Then they rode the bike on the rope. Totally awesome.
Elephants! They were adorable and really good at their routine.
Tigers! They were a little more temperamental then the Elephants but they were so big!
This part was cool. They did this big show of bringing the crossbow out and getting the guy on it.
Then they lit him on FIRE! They shot him out to a big pad thing across the stadium.
He's still on fire! He's that hard core
We liked the Circus and had lots of fun despite the really annoying theme songs they kept singing.

The Magical Land of Florida
I get so behind on blogging if only I could do it work then I'd be a blogging fool. =) Well with our lovely tax return money my sweet husband suggested a trip to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I am a BIG Harry Potter fan and always talk about going there so that's what we decided to do. We found a vacation package that included a three day park pass to Universal Studios and their neighbor park Island of Adventure, Breakfast at the Three Broomsticks, and our hotel was thrown in there as well.
Then we found our flights there and back courtesy of Southwest and JetBlue and it all added up to just under the amount of our tax return awesome. So we headed out for Florida right after our marathon on that Monday June 13 and were scheduled to be back home that Friday the 17th ( more on that later).
Day One: Traveling to Florida. We started out early with a 7 am flight which went off with no problems. We stopped in Chicago and stayed in the plane for about 20 minutes since it was taking us the rest of the way. That was kind of fun to have full reign of the plane with not that many people there. Then we made it to Florida about 3:30 Florida time, had a fun time navigating our way through the airport. ( It was HUGE) Then got a taxi to our hotel. We chilled the rest of the day, went to the pool and planned out our week.
( top pic: chilling in the plane, bottom the view of chicago from the plane.)
Highlights: Me tipping over my water on the plane two minutes after getting it. Supposedly I get really clumsy up in the air. It was a funny moment. Justin getting a job offer! Paying the Cab a reasonable amount. Pool Time.
Bummers: Forgetting our boarding passes but that was easily fixed. A not so great dinner. =( No internet in our hotel.
Day Two: Universal Studios, Hard Rock Cafe, and Blue Man Group.
We went to Universal Studios and just went on whatever ride was closest and walking around. There was a HUGE scary looking roller coaster called the Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket. It was a head banger that's for sure. Not my favorite ride. We went on almost every ride and saw lots of the shows. Some of our favorites were: The Men in Black ride, The Simpson's, and The Mummy. Some of the rides that need either a revamp or to possibly be shut down were: Jaws, ( way to long of a wait for what you got) and E.T. E.T did have a fun part where you are "flying" with E.T over the town and it's all small, so that was cool.
We had fun and after a while we had done everything and went looking for other stuff to do. We got a caricature drawn, had dippin' dots and looked through the Lucy Tribute. That was neat, Lucille Ball is quite the accomplished lady. I really liked looking at the old costumes and jewerly that they used.
Then we had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. I admit that I felt a little bit out of place since I am not that into rock and roll. But it was a fun and exciting place to eat dinner. They had music videos going, and the servers were dressed up like fun rock icons. They had lots of fun memorabilia from famous people. It is the largest Hard Rock so they had the most stuff. Funny story: We got a special glass since it's their 40th anniversary this year and when we got our bill our server told us to go downstairs and they would give us a new one in a cool box and all that jazz. So.....we thought we were supposed to go down to pay. Uhm....that was not the case. So we went downstairs asking if this is where we pay and the lady just looks at us and tells us that our server would take care of our bill. At this point we felt like crap because it looked like we had just Dined and Dashed. We saw our server head down and talk to someone but then we couldn't find her. We then went back to our table and it was already all cleared off. We eventually found our server and paid. Needless to say she got a fairly generous tip. It was pretty boss because I got a $25 gift card for Hard Rock from my credit card points so we only had to pay half of our bill. Sweet. So we hurried out of there pretty embarrassed.

Then Blue Man Group! They are crazy. They are the guys who have blue heads, and hands and then are dressed in black. They make music out of random objects and have brightly colored paint bouncing everywhere. It was the most entertaining show. They didn't say anything but it was awesome. We weren't allowed to take pictures or else I would have especially since Justin was asked to participate! Justin had been to a Blue Man group concert in Vegas and was familiar with it. They had other audience members participate and Justin's part wasn't till the end. They pulled him from his seat up on stage and dressed him in a white jumpsuit. They then took him back stage and dumped a bunch of blue paint on him. They put a helmet on him then strung him up by his feet. They pulled him back then let him fly right onto a big piece of white canvas. They did it twice to get a funny ink blot type of picture. Then while onstage the blue men were looking at this big thing of Jello on top of a box. They had done something with Jello at the beginning as well. Then they tore the Jello off and Justin's head came popping out of the box. It was a crazy magic trick. He then got a touch of paint on his cheek by one of the blue men and they then took their bows. Justin was over the moon. He was so excited. I really wanted to film it but it they wouldn't allow it. Then we took a Cab home and crashed it was a fun filled day.

Highlights: not having to wait more then 20 minutes for a ride. dippin' dots. Blue man group! Almost dining and dashing. Justin not getting sick on any of the rides.
Bummers: The massive headache I got from the Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket. Almost dining and dashing. Breaking my favorite pair of sunglasses.
